Rafael

Rafael is a dragon, the younger son of a tyrannical leader, and was overshadowed by his older brother. Resentful and overlooked, Rafael was only given responsibility after his brother betrayed their father by joining a rebellion. Despite Rafael efforts, the rebellion — led by RaFF’s parents, friends, and his brother — eventually succeeded, resulting in his father’s death and Rafael’s imprisonment for 20 years. After serving his sentence, Rafael resumes his dark ambitions. He has a gruesome habit of making wine from the blood of victims he deems “worthy” and designed his office to hide the stains of his killings, leaving a permanent blood scent. He also dresses in the style chosen by his father.
